I am also looking for the shift boot to fit into a 280Z hole with the T56 tranny. I am not using the center console. I am using JCI engine mount kits BTW. Some pictures of someone's Z with the shift stick and boot would be nice. I am finishing up my friend's Cobra Z with the LS1 and hope to take it to the convention. Thanks for any help. Do a search, Holden box should be the same as the chev. Can't help with the boot, sorry.
