280tyler Posted September 25, 2007 Share Posted September 25, 2007 my car smokes a lot but only after it is warm when i start it cold there is not one bit of smoke as soon as the coolent hits about 170ish the smoke just starts rolling out is this a sine of a turbo going bad i hope its the turbo because i don't want to pull the motor but i would like to replace that little t3 with a big holset thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

280tyler Posted September 26, 2007 Author Share Posted September 26, 2007 i pulled the down pipe off and there is some oil so i think the turbo seal is done the smoke is gray and it is produced under all conditions at idle my wideband was reading 14-15 and it was smoking quite a bit Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
