Well I'm trying to locate some nice size tires for my 17" CCW Classics...respectably 9.5" in front and 10.5" in back.

The thing is I'm looking for:

275/40-45 in front

305-315/35-40 in back

Rubber that size for a 17" is hard to find and the ones that are available are super expensive... try even on clearance sale a price tag of $250+ easily each.

I called the guy Joe at the Tire Shoppe as recommended by the other thread here...

http://http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=126989

He has been a big help in my quest to find good tires for a good deal...He has brand new tires that he will sell me cheap (compared to retail), because they were discontinued because of their high price, so he has them on clearance.

Only problem is that they are directional and asymmetrical tires and he only has Left side tires. He did tell me I could still use them on the other side just fine, BUT obviously the rain tread path would not work correctly.

Here are the tires... they don't seem to be super asymmetrical or anything, but give me your guys opinion on if I should run the asymmetrical/directional tire on the opposite side...

They are BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KD...Retail of like $375-$450 each for $100/ea!

Front 275/40ZR17

Rear 315/35/ZR17

So please give me your thoughts on running asymmetrical/directional tires on the opposite side until the new Toyo Proxes R888 come out and I can upgrade from there.

I ended up getting correct tires on all 4 corners and these things are beefy!
