383dime Posted November 8, 2007 Share Posted November 8, 2007 so i am looking for some coilovers to use in the rear. iam re doing the whole back of the car, big tubs, Q45 diff, so no rules on coilovers, iam keeping it independant cause i want it to handle some what well in some twisties but it is mainly a weekend drag car. coming from the front wheel drive camp just looking for some direction in suspension. 383dime Posted November 11, 2007 Author Share Posted November 11, 2007 ya it's a 510. iam using u q45 diff and making my own controll arms and all and just not sure of a spring rate to go with for the rears. also any one have any experience with the new hubs that modern motorsports has? am i allowed to use thier name on here? 383dime Posted November 13, 2007 Author Share Posted November 13, 2007 ok pretty set on the strange single adjustable shocks with the qa1 springs found the set for 399 for the rears. is this a good price? they offer 80lbs-150lbs springs for their rear set up. which ones would be best for me? what rates are you guys using for the rears?
