ms on a suzuki gsxr 1000

hey guys i have power commander on my bike right now. it is the pc3 so it only controls injection and not ignition. ive been wanting to upgrade to the the new power commader that does control ignition but i was thinkin about trying the megasquirt& spark but so far i havent found anyone who tried it on a bike before and i was wondering what you guys think about it. im not sure if there is enough resolution to tune it as precise as i would like since i will be running just under 13,000rpms and it has12x12 resolution also there are individual coil sticks on the plugs i rso will it hold up the the harsh conditions 130mph+wheelies and 186 top speeds and plenty of vibrations. as far as sensors go i think everything on the bike would be compatable. another issue is size how big is the unit. oh yeah i read something about an update coming out for sequential injector and coil on plug compatability and it will need both a crank and cam position sensor whats up with that? any input on the subject would be greatly appreciatated.
