Just wondering what Referrals are. I saw some people have a referral when you look at their public profile, some dont.

when you sign up, theres a place where you can put who referred you to the site. so if my profile said i had 2 referrals, 2 people have put me down as the person who referred them here.

If you go to the top of the forums and click on "FAQ", you can go on down to a question titled, "What are referrals?" It reads as follows:

 

The administrator may have enabled referrals, which allows you to be credited for any new users you invite to the forum.

 

You gain referrals by promoting HybridZ using your unique referral link. The link you should use as your referral link is this:

Each time someone follows this link to HybridZ and registers as a new member, your referral count will be incremented by one.

 

The number of referrals you have can be viewed in your profile.

 

Your administrator will have more information on any prizes or rewards that may be given out for referrals.

 

Please be courteous when promoting HybridZ by not spamming other web sites with your referral link just to gain referrals.

Do you have a link? Cant find it. I searched for "referrals" and nothing came up.(before I made this thread)
