getZ Posted December 29, 2007 Share Posted December 29, 2007 Not really. My car was originaly a 4 speed car. I pulled the hydraulics out for the clutch but left the pedal installed. That part is pretty easy. The only other difference I can think of somebody mentioned a park/neutral safety wire in the console somewhere. I suppose my car has it in there somewhere, but I didn't know about it at the time and tapped into the ignition switch area to make a park/neutral safety. gretchen/jason Posted December 31, 2007 Share Posted December 31, 2007 Ive done both my first was a auto trans z car v8 swap only difference is the second car was a factory stick swaped to a v8 auto took a extra oh 45 minutes to yank out the factory clutch pedal and stuff either way its all about the same other then a few extra parts .
