Slammed68
The wheel mounting surface is sitting against the 1" studs. So this would basically be like a 1" spacer. With ZG flares, would a 1" spacer be more appropriate or a 2"? I havent seen some real in depth measurement pictures or measurements of the ZG's so I wasnt really sure. dwarlick
Looks like you are really close on the rear. I just mounted my RS-8s on the rear a few days ago and cut the fenders and that looks very similar. Why don't you just mount the zgs first and size them up before you buy the spacer? LS1 240Z
he is going to have to buy an adapter. not a spacer. those wheels are 5 lug... he should just do the 5 lug conversion first off.
Slammed68
Weewawoowaa - here it goes again. Wheels are 4 lug. Still need adapters. Dont have money for conversion. Would rather get car running first. Broke. 18. Stressed over car not moving under own power. Need alt - starter - MAF - fuel and done. Do you have the 5 lug conversion Ls1 240Z? I just asked a simple question. Stop trolling every thread I start by telling me I need to do this and that.. its old. I have the wheels and tires already sitting here and flares ordered. Im sorry you didnt build your car that way SOOOOOOOOOOOO. Anyone think the flares will be close with the wheels sitting how they are now? Oh yeah, rant over. EMWHYR0HEN
Dude, relax. I just measured the depth of my zg flare and it comes out around 2 1/8 '' so you should be fine w/o a spacer. However, you always have the option to run spacers.

getZ
You might want to wrap the handle of that jack with some pipe insulation, keeps some frustration from surfacing later.
LS1 240Z
i did not know the wheels were 4 lug. if that is the case just get the longer ARP Camaro wheel studs and a 1 inch spacer. or get a 2 inch adapter. find someones car with the ZG flares on it and find out the size and backspacing of the wheels, and then the backspacing of your wheels and subtract the diffrence and thats what spacer you need. if you dont want peoples help or opinions, dont ask. there is no need to get your panties in a wad when people are trying to help you. expecialy in a life and death situation if your wheel studs break while you are going 100 mph and you fly into a concrete wall. spacers and adapters should always be a last ditch effort, and id never run adapters and anything more than a 1 inch spacer (even with longer studs) on a car i plan on turning or going fast in. Willens
Hot damn that is a beautiful Z... Great wheel/paint option choices. I haven't seen one with the "N1" look yet. Nice work! -Willens
