TurkishSquirrel Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 So I saw a pic of a 280 with a rear strut bar, and it was mounted under the seatbelt things. I was wondering, how do I get these off and on safely to install the bar? Also will I need to cut the case of the seatbelt thing a bit? mgood Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 The cap on top of the strut tower is plastic and attached with a plastic rivet. The center of the rivet pushes thru with a nail, then you can remove the rivet and use it again by pushing the little bar back in the hole of the rivet.
