660Z Posted March 4, 2008 Share Posted March 4, 2008 Is the streeing lock activation mechanical or electric. My car has been down for a while and I knew it had always worked. The wiring harness is removed. I wanted to lock the wheel in a certain position to work on the brakes and noticed the lock wasn`t working. There`s 2 red wires in the front bottom under the name(key) plate that I thought was for the buzzer but now I`m thinking it might engage the steering lock. Just a random thought while i`m at work.
