Guest kilick1 Posted March 30, 2008 Share Posted March 30, 2008 Hey I was wondering about a driveshaft I have, its been custom made shaft for a rb25 tranny to fit a r180 differential, what I was wondering is if I replace the r180 to a r200 diff, would the driveshaft still fit? I had the shaft specs made for the r180 diff before I realized that I had to replace it for a stronger diff. Any suggestions would help. stony Posted March 30, 2008 Share Posted March 30, 2008 The r-200 is a bolt in swap but the input flange will be different. I had to change the r-200 Datsun input to an input flange that matched the car i took the drive shaft from. Worst case they will have to redo the one end of the shaft.
