KenshinX
I am going to order a Pallnet rail I want to run 550cc injectors, but from my understanding RX-7 top feed injectors work, but require drilling/boring. My father would like to know if there are any injectors that will fit without drilling (for fear of shavings on pistons) I will be running megasquirt. The rail specs will be 11mm o ring rail with -6 smooth stock and -6AN fittings. Does anyone have any injector suggestions or should I just call the motor man? My hp goal is 350-400rwhp. If your goal is 350-400hp you can can use Mrk3 turbo supra injectors and the Pallnet rail with out boring anything. That is my setup. The mrk3 turbo supra injectors are 440CC's and should be enough for 400hp. Im sure they make upgrades as well so if thats not enough you can order larger INJ. You will need to change over the injector plugs as they Toyota ones are different.
ktm
The 7MGTE injectors (Suprga Mk III) are rated at 440 cc/min. I have a set on my car and they were flow benched at 500 cc/min at 43 psi. No drilling is required when ussing these injec
cygnusx1
Call or email Pallnet and tell them what bore you need and he might make it to spec. JSK made mine to spec at no extra charge.
linchpin360
if you want to use rx7 550s you dont have to drill. take the pintle cap off the injector and use the stock manifolds' injector seals. thats what im doing.
linchpin360
heres a couple of pics showing an rx7 n/t injector minus the pintle cap. it fits in with no boring. just use the stock manifold seal.
KenshinX
Thanks alot for all of the responses I just have one more question. What exactly do I have to do to get the injector plugs on the toyota injectors to work on the L6 Do i just removed them from my original plugs. Does anyone have a picture comparison of the two? linchpin360
This is taken directly from the fuel injector/swap sticky. Toyota Supra 1987-1992 - This is an o-ring injector 11mm. Injector electrical clips need modification or swap. Use stock seals at manifold and not the Supra seals. Year/Model/CC/ Impedence/Part#/Color Turbo / 440 / Low / Black Non Turbo / 315 / High / Green (stay away from yellow ones they are 295cc)
ktm
You have to use the 7MGE clips out of the Supra. No other Toyota has these clips. The Camrys and Corollas of the same years used similar clips, but the two tabs are in the wrong location.

The 7MGE injectors can be moded to work with Camry and Corolla clips but the Supra clips are a real bitch to find.
