I'm tired of doing the same thing (Supra engine swaps) so I set out looking for something a little different. Came across this last week and couldn't resist the temptation. It is being delivered today :) As you can see it currently is without an engine. I can't wait to drop my 434ci sbc nitrous motor/powerglide in it. Should make for some fun times. It is still street legal after I switch to M/T ET Streets. I hope to have it up and running soon. Here are some pics:

Very cool.

Curious... by "doing the same thing (Supra engine swaps)," do you mean that's all you do? Or do you mean that's all everyone else does? If it's the latter, I hope you're kidding, because V8 swaps have been done to death!

That's all I've been doing. I haven't owned a V8 domestic engine in over 25 years!! Here are a few of my latest swaps:

Update: Ended up selling the 434 a few weeks ago before I ever got around to installing it. Tossed around the idea of a 2JZ for a few weeks, but finally went with another small block Chevy. The latest engine is a 355 roller engine with bowtie heads, 14:1 compression, 684 lift cam, and bunches of other goodies. I hope to have it running in a few days. The car this engine came from was running 5:60s in the 1/8 mile. Anyway, here are some pics of the engine installed:

The 355 looks great under the hood. When you get it completely dialed in, let us know what you are turning in the quarter (if you have a 1/4 mi track near you). Thanks for posting the pictures of the complete install--nice work, man! :2thumbs:
