Mayolives
My zxt has auto climate control. Last winter, I didn't have any heat under boost and discovered a bad vacuum line at the carbon canister. After replacing the line all was well. Great heat and very cold ac when needed. Now that warm temps have arrived here in the South, my ac blows warm under boost. It's very cold at idle and off boost. Any ideas? I have read posts about converting to a manual climate control system but don't want to go that route. Is there a particular device that provides the climate control with vacuum while engine is boosting? Why would a change in exterior temps, ie: the arrival of Summer, effect the air conditioning? Evan Purple240zt
Are you sure is a vacuum problem? I think the compressor turns off at WOT. A simple check valve would suffice I would think if it is a vacuum problem. Evan
mario_82_ZXT
I don't remember if they have a vacuum controlled petcock for the heater core. If so, it might be switching to heat under boost. Like stated above, try a check valve in the A/C control vacuum line(s). Mario
