83turbo280zx Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 to raise the boost before i adjust my valves? or should i do a valve adjust before i raise the boost beyond stock level, i only plan on running 8psi until i can get a better fuel pump, then im going to bump it up to 10psi, but should i re-adjust my valves first? they're ticking pretty bad, to where im running a tad bit rich from idle to about 3k when the turbo kicks in Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
johnc Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 A valve adjustment is part of the basic tune-up procedure for the L6 engine.
