itsaprothing Posted May 29, 2008 Share Posted May 29, 2008 Almost every time I press down on the clutch I feel and hear a click right before it's all the way down. it's obviously not normal but hasn't affected daily driving, at least yet. Anybody know what's wrong? and how to fix it? Thanks I had this for a while right after I replaced my clutch master cylinder. Went away after a few hundred miles. I recently got under the dash and put some multi purpose oil on all the clutch pedal mechanicals...seemed to help. You can play with the pedal assembly to adjust the amount of play too - you might want to take out the panel, get a flashlight and get under there to poke around and see what can be done Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
itsaprothing Posted May 30, 2008 Author Share Posted May 30, 2008 well I haven't replaced the clutch master cylinder since I got the car but I don't see why it would make the pedal click and I have tried oiling it up. but I guess I gotta put more elbow grease into it? haha anybody else got more input?
