datman
I rebulit my engine an F54/p90 combo with a standard NA cam and 2mm head gasket. I tested my cylinders for the first time since doing around 2000 miles in it. All came up between 200 and 210 PSI.
Pyro
Seems very high to me. 180 psi should be the value with a 1mm head gasket, so 200 with a 2mm gasket doesn't make any since. I would try another gage.
datman
That's what I thought, I will try another tester.
jc052685
maybe give the motor a few more miles on that break in, sound like everything is still very tight.

datman
Ok checked this again today, I have 175PSI give or take 2PSI on each cylinder. Seems like a better figure.
cockerstar
That's excellent compression! Looks like the rebuild was a success
