  1. Recently built a R33 GTR with the -5s. Tomei cams, Tomei turbo headers and Tomei down pipes. Car made 486whp on 13psi. Will be looking for 575-600whp with new injectors.
  2. Yep, saw that too. I change my oil often so I am not worried about it.
  3. Got the arctic cat running today. About to go out for a little ride.
  4. Memorial Chase How is your build coming texas30O?
  5. I know! I still can't believe I got them back. Would you believe that for the last 3yrs they have been in the back of my brothers neighborhood!?!
  6. He drove past a truck pulling the arctic cat on a trailer. Got them to pull over, you can guess the rest lol.
  7. Hey guys! Guess what my brother found today!
  8. Looks good Yasin! Good thing you know someone with a grab bag of R200s laying around, lol.

  11. Yup, tends to happen with boost. 3100 ish with me in it.
  12. Hello HybridZ! Been a good while since I have been on. I recently went to the drag strip with my RB25 powered 95 240sx. I know it is not a Z car but I currently dont have one to tinker with so I thought I would just take a moment to share the RB's potential! This is a ALL FACTORY rb25det with a few bolt on's... 62mm turbo on an eBay manifold MAXED out nismo 740cc injectors (E85) FReddy intake Custom Downpipe and exhaust. 24x12x3 core FMIC AEM engine management (self tuned) Aeromotive 340lph stealth pump 50 shot activated by ECU
  13. Running a series 2 with the AEM PnP in an S14 with a wiring specialties harness. Drive the car everyday on E85. Car made 458whp on 18psi with stock cams. I am very happy. I had to use the AEM cas wheel in a Z32 cas as not all RB cas's have removable pickup wheels.
  14. Have converted several Z32 TT's over to E85. We have 18 or so stations that carry it here so its really no problem.
  15. Hey guys, I just looked at the list and 1quickz has like the top 5 spots. Is this all the same car? I think each user should just get one spot.
  16. At 274whp I ran an 11.80. Since then the car made 334whp/384wtq, have not made it to the track on that power. Car with driver weight full tank - 2460lbs

  18. Yeah, hoping its all still in good shape. Guess its time to get the 62-1 off the shelf
  19. Yeah thats what I thought also, thats why I took the time to verify. Oh well, I have bigger problems right now anyway. It seams that some one at some point in time installed a neo turbo on the motor. Well I just experienced first hand a compressor wheel failure. New turbo time...
  20. The motor has NGK plugs (not sure of model#) At 15* the car just has NO power. Feels as if the timing were extremely retarded. Even as advanced as it is my buddies stock nonturbo Z32 still pulls my S14. This should not happen! lol, his car is heavier and should be making less power but this thing just is not right and I just dont know where to go from here.
  21. Taking an inductive signal from the #1 plug wire I set timing by letting engin idle up to normal temp then adjust the cas to the desired advance. The swap currently has no consult port so I cant put ecu in base mode. However this is the same way we have always set timing on other Nissans and has always worked as long as the temp is in the normal range. I have an S2 RB25det I have checked to make sure the balancer represents the proper crank angle by making sure piston is at tdc when the damper is at 0*. Once damper is at 0* I pulled the upper timing cover and verified the cam timing. .
  22. I am new to RB's and this has me quite confused. The car is a 95 240sx The motor is a RB25det (Stock minus freddy intake and fmic) The problem is if I set the base timing at the specified 15* the car has no power hardly at all. When I crank the CAS all the way the the left(maxed out), then the fell like what I believe the car should feel like. I have had VG30dett's in the past and I feel like I have a general idea what the RB should feel like in a 240sx and when the timing is set to 15* the car litterally is pathetic, a stock 240sx would probably be faster. I have verified crank, cam, damper to all be timed properly. Thanks Jeff
