Injectors #1 and sometimes #2 not pulsing fuel

Recommended Posts

Look at the injector harness, it is a separate harness from the rest of the car. Trace it along and find the grounds. I think there is one attached to a bracket on the intake manifold and one attached to the firewall. Disconnect the grounds and clean the terminal with a wire brush or emory paper and do the same on the spot it attaches to.

It's odd that only #1 and 2 do it. How did you replace your connector? Maybe double check your splice job

thanks for the help guys. I did ALOT of work on it tonight and found that I wasn't getting battery voltage at the ecu connector for #1 injector. So after a ton of testing on the ENTIRE system I found that my large dropping resistor was bad. Hopefully this is the last of my electrical worries. The car is still missing but I have all my cylinders now!

thanks again
