BLKMGK Posted January 1, 2002 Share Posted January 1, 2002 I'm running an electronic speedo - from autometer. It's only as accurate as your setting is. In my case I used a GPS to accuratly pace off th edistance required for setting it up. However I noticed while doing this that it displayed pulse counts so if you knew the number of pulses for your gear ratio and tire height you could use that on say a jackstand.
