Guest Anonymous Posted January 5, 2002 Share Posted January 5, 2002 I took a hike throught the salvage yard today and the have the irs rears already pulled in a shed. They are loaded with subaru rears but all I can find in a r200 is the front diff from a truck which I'm assuming is reverse rotation. The tag on it said it was from a truck anyway? I then looked at a front diff that was still in the truck and it had a extension on the pass side. any ideas. Looks like I will just have to take a drive another yard to find a rear. GrayZee Posted January 6, 2002 Share Posted January 6, 2002 The front diff from a 4x4 nissan truck is "supposed" to be able to work.. it dosen't rotate backwards but the driveshaft from the transfer-case turns it backwards when the truck goes forward.
