Kevin.pk
Austin healey with rear strut tube from a 280z. Taken from here http://www.britishv8.org/Other/MarkWarner.htm I noticed that the lower control arm had at least some resemblance to the one here .... http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=129154&highlight=rear+control+arm+toe+adjustment The thing I found interesting is the shock/ spring placement on the rear of the control arm and the fact that he stated putting an upper control arm in place. Obviously the wheel well of an Austin Healey is considerably different than a datsun Z, but the design seems at least feasible in the rear of a Z. I honestly have no idea if this is a better or worse setup than we currently have especially without seeing the upper control arm in the healey, but thought it was interesting enough to share.
