zero
Hey guys, I just wanted to show you the beginning of a new project. I just bought a 1982 suzuki gs750 to turn into a cafe racer. I got the bike for 500 with two helmets, it runs great and looks pretty nice except for the seat, which I will be replacing anyway. I was also lucky enough to get one of the two years that the gs had the 4 valve tscc engine so it revs out nicely. My plans for the short term are to put on some clubman bars, make a seatpan with a bubble tail out of carbon fiber, upholster it, and just generally clean it up. I Will probably also make an exhaust and wrap it with black heat wrap for that mean look. I think this bike is a great base and I am very excited. here's the bike and this is the look I'm going for

Regulatori
That's pretty cool. When I get back from deployment I'm going to do a cafe racer based on a Honda CB400F. Luckily I'm in Seattle and have these guys to help out.. http://www.twinlinemotorcycles.com/
