dave65cobra
I went to replace my stock steering wheel yeasterday with a new MOMO wheel and hub and when I removed the stock horn button I discovered that I was missing the center nut that's suppose to hold the wheel in place. I was surprised to find that my steering wheel just came off with some slight tugging. Anyways, I've tried looking for a nut that will fit it at a few hardware stores and I haven't had any luck. I believe that it's a 17mm nut. If someone has an extra one that they can sell me or if you know of a vendor that carries them please let me know. I have a 73 240z. Thanks, -Dave

darom
Guys, are the steering wheels easy to remove on Zs in general? On my old Chevy, I had to use the wheel remover to take it off. On my 280z 76 once the nut came off, I was able to effortlessly take the wheel off. Thanks!
