jeffer949
Its not everything but its a start. I would go to the DIYautotune.com and Get these components. MS kit you want relay board Wiring bundle GM IAT sensor with pigtail relay board cable. Also get new injector connectors for when you make your wiring harness I think thats about all you need off the top of my head.

Lukaniuk
which iat sensor do i need? there is 3 or 4 of them http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/open-element-iat-sensor-with-pigtail-p-62.html There's really only 2. closed and open element. With a turbo you want the open element b/c it responds faster
Iowa280zx
i'm also looking into microsquirt on my 280zx. have any of you heard if these work well or is it just easier to assemble a megasquirt system and go from there?
Lukaniuk
i'm also looking into microsquirt on my 280zx. have any of you heard if these work well or is it just easier to assemble a megasquirt system and go from there? Why microsquirt? From what I understand microsquirt is basically the same as MS2 with a V3 board in a smaller package. I think there's some differences with the inputs and outputs as well. Iowa280zx
So in your guy's opinion would i just be better off locating a 81 turbo harness and ecu for my 81 engine or just go megasquirt. Right now i'm more interested in just getting the car running before it gets cold here.
Lukaniuk
If you just want to get it running and keep it around stock power stick with the factory system. If you're going to be increasing the power a megasquirt system will probably save you a few headaches. (and probably cause other headaches too)
