Using Nissan/datsun Factor electronics

Recommended Posts

Visit nistune.com to see what can be done with factory nissan electronics. The z31 maf/ecu/chopper wheel on an L engine will take well into the 400whp range with larger injectors and tuning. No need for a btm or rrfpr. I use an infiniti M30 for the consult port datalogging feature as well as the sequential injection at low load.

Wow the site sounds cool but!

Hard to understand what needs to get done for this to work.

Has anyone ever used Nistune on this website. I would some insight on what needs to be done in order for this to work.

I think i understand you install some chip into the existing ECU.

Does this mean i will continue to run at factory setting?

Does this mean it will display the factory setting on a laptop via USB?

Do i need anything extra other then the chip thats need to be installed?

I guess i am just not sure exactly what this does?
