Joeoski Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 I'm going to take my headers and manifolds off my 240Z to put some new gaskets on and take off the cracked carb off , is there a order to loosing every thing? none of the book i have seem to have any thing on loosing order for header and manifold removal. skib Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 Take off the carbs and then start taking off the intake/exhaust, they share a few bolts. Vintage Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 If your talking about a pattern to use so as not to warp the manifolds, from my experience, it doesnt matter so much when taking a peice off.
