Guest jens
I have found out now. Its the 200r4 that is close to the length of a th350. Is there any other than buick gn and 86-88 montecarlos that has a good 200r4.
Mike C
In addition to the Monte Carlo, other G bodies as well. (Cutlass, Skylark, GN, Hurst/Olds, 442)You should also find one in Oldsmobile, Pontiac, or Chevrolet midsize cars after 83 I believe. (Like the Malibu and El Camino, I can't remember the model designation for the other brands.)
Guest Anonymous
Adding to Mike's list: a code tag can be found on the passenger side of the 2004R The designation or two astericks " ** " means high performance. Other GM vehicles:Olds Cutlass with 307 V8 Olds, 350 V8 GM diesels and GM 307 V8, many GM v6 cars if equipped with universal bell housing and Cadilacs (but very soft shifting)Pontiac Gran Prix with 305 V8, 4.3 V6,3.8 V6 ,Pontiac Turbo Trans Am, Buick Regals are regarded as having the better 2004R with the Grand National Turbo as the best.
