dizzle
I need to know how long the dipstick is on a rb20det. Mine got lost in my 1 1/2 year swap. Or if anyone has one let me know... Just need something ASAP and might need to hunt the nissan parts bin, ugh!
kmadsen
I have the exact same situation & problem. I will be watching to see what people say.
lucky
I'll try to get out to the garage and measure one in the morning. Odds are I have several of them out there, I'll let you guys know what I find.
dizzle
great I really need one, Will it be the same with the rear sump pan u think? I would imagine so...
lucky
Alright, the dipstick that I pulled out of one of my shortblocks was right at 19.5 inches. That's the overall length, including the handle. I don't have time to go measure the rest (I have a whole box of dipsticks), I've got to get going for work. I may be able to see if I have anymore tomorrow, but it will more than likely be Sunday before I'm able to do so.

Careless
11140-04U00 early RB25's and RB20's share same oil-level gauge (as called by the Nissan FAST) system.
lucky
Alright fellas, looks like we'll have to wait another day. It's cold and raining/sleeting/snowing outside so I don't feel like walking out to the garage.
