ktown z
I have the rb20 rear sump oil pan fitted to my rb26dett and have noticed a hole on the side and bottom. I know the bottom is for the oil drain plug but is the one on the side for a vent? If so, does anyone know the part number for this vent/plug so I can purchase it. Thanks, James
fentin_fury
you may be referring to the temperature sensor port. It is not open - but threaded.

Mike Rowe
I have used an original Z water temp sender in this sump (same thread) to work with an original water temp gauge, that I put in with the original oil pressure gauge - have a look on my website regards

I will try and put it in my signature again, however just put in that website and you will find all the info under Motoring/mikes RB26 260Z regards
