ch3vyboi Posted April 8, 2009 Share Posted April 8, 2009 ok so i serached and searched and ive herd that the only way to get a airdam that matches up with fender flares is to have it custom built but then i see some that arent perfect but close as hell to matching up, im just wondering which ones match up the best and where to get them? JMortensen Posted April 8, 2009 Share Posted April 8, 2009 Ideally you want the front of the tire covered. With wider tires none of the usual airdams does this. Most of them don't even cover the front of the tire without flares. It's because of the body line where the fender and valance meet. That line slopes inward towards the center of the car, and making an airdam that fixes that problem would look really odd. Most continue the line and make the exposed tire problem worse.
