garyneedsz Posted April 30, 2009 Share Posted April 30, 2009 ok so i just rebuilt my engine and it was only turning. no fuel going to the injectors at all. so i decided to replace the fuel pump. i buy a replacement from a member on hybridz. I was mad at the old fuel pump because it was the only thing stopping me from starting the car. I lit it on fire, left it for about 3 minutes. the fire got waay too big, so i dumped water and sprayed windex on it to put it out. so i go down to install the pump i recently got. it didnt work. so i back track on the pump, and find some bad connections....thats not the worst part. It turns out, that the pump i just bought, was suckier than the one that was in my car, ripped out, on fire, and doused in water. so i put the OLD pump back in. sure enough, it fires up.....
