AgentZ
Hey there, I am sending off some of my parts for blasting to then repaint and re assemble. My question is......blast with or with out the bushes? Options 1. Blast with old bushes in place, re-paint, remove then install new ones 2. Remove old ones, Blast, re paint and then install new ones 3. Remove old, install new then blast and paint I know option 3 probably isnt going to be the option but the first 2 are confusing me! Any suggestions? Cheers
Evan Purple240zt
Number 2, if you have to burn out the old bushings your going to make a mess.
Challenger
Yeah I really dont see why youd paint them and then try to replace the old bushings.. Do it right.

AgentZ
sounds good guys, but wont be powder coating, makes it a little more $$$ and also harder to inspect for cracks and stuff. Not that I check that often!
Empire
i just did the whole front end. take it all apart, get the bushings out, blast, clean up all threads with the wire wheel and use anti-sieze (after paint), sand/polish the surface where the busings go, tape it all off, prime, paint.
