radiator?

The OEM 240z and 280z radiators only differ slightly in height and possibly thickness. I have Arizona Z Car's Aluminum Radiator that says the difference is just that 280z radiators hang two inches lower. This point is reinforced by the fact that MSA Aluminum Radiators are universal between the manual S30 chassis.

I personally vouch for the quality and price of the Arizona Z Car unit, but for your RB swap, I would consider the McKinney Motorsports RB/240z radiator (at the bottom of the page) that has the appropriate water intlet/outlet and hose OD's. Convenient, but pricey.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't have the resources to fabricate mounts for the radiator. I guess I should have stated that in my first post. I am looking for a direct bolt in radiator. I love the mckinney unit from the pics on thier website but the price is rediculous. I have several units on ebay that are aluminum 3 row units that are bolt on but I am always wiery of ebay items.

Thanks,

James

Looking at buying a rad for mine aswell

This looks a bargain as it says it includes the fans

Apart from it not haveing the top hose on the other side for an RB it looks the part to me

Any reason why not ?

My cars a later 1978 uk spec 260z, but I take it those rads will still fit ok?

That radiator looks to be a great option. It is the one that I was referring to in the post above. It states its for the 260z but it is the same exact radiator as the ones for the 280z. If you buy it let me know how it works out. I still have to do some more things till I decide which radiator to use.

Thanks,

James
