B-rad
Okay guys here is my situation. I just swapped a BW T5 into my 1975 280Z 2+2. I got the trans and driveshaft out of a 1983 2+2 turbo. My problem is that the driveshaft is to short. After all i have read I was prepared for the driveshaft to be to long but this is not the case. Is it because i have the 2+2 model and it is a little longer? Besides having the driveshaft lenghtened. What are my options? Thanks for all your help. Soundmasterg
How long is the driveshaft you are trying to put in? I've got a T5 2+2 turbo driveshaft here also that I don't need. If it was longer than yours I'd sell it cheap. How much longer of one do you need? Greg
B-rad
Thanks for the reply. I have been away on vacation and i havent measured it yet. Its only about 3 inches to short. How long is the driveshaft you have? i don't have much money but how much do you want for it?
Soundmasterg
It is 38 1/2" long. That is from the back of it to the front of the T5 slip joint where it would go into the transmission. I'd sell it for $35 + shipping. Send me a pm if you're interested. Greg
