badjuju
I have read something about these here, but I wasn't able to find the thread, so I thought I'd ask. Who here knows about these here seats?: http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/pts/1285166423.html Notice this guy isn't passing them off as Nismos, but rather as "Seats with the Nismo racing logo embroidered onto the head rest" My thought on the matter is that for $180 per seat, something as nice looking as these would have to be worth it, if for no other reason than this: I believe a cheap DOT certified seat built in the last 5 years is probably safer at this point than an OE seat was in 1972, when my car was built. Thoughts? Or better yet, linkie?
Tony D
DOT 'Certified'? What is the FMVSS section they used for hte certification? Sometimes newer isn' t better. Especially when you are shopping low-buck options.
