Tofu
heyy guys, so i been driving my 280z for about 3 months now and drives no problem. i didnt drive it for about 2 weeks. so i started it up to get it running. after 10min it dies out.. so i would start it up again but it wouldnt. i would wait a few minutes to let the engine cool and then it starts back up with no problem. guessing its just over heating? but.. when i do drive it, it idles from start to go in first gear pretty bad like its about to die and then revs up reallly high and then no problem in gears 2-5. Any idea what it would be??
FlatBlack
Pull your fuel filter and see if it's clogged.

BunnySlippers
Could be the thermotime switch, EGR system, air valve.. Download the EFI bible and get a digital multimeter and go to town. Good luck!
