Vette Powered
I have a carpet kit installed in my 1972 240Z. Everything is in but the padding under the floor mats. What is a good way to ensure they will not slide around. I tried 2 sided tape and Velcro but it keeps coming up. Any ideas? Glue? Sew it in? Thanks! burntread
I installed some sound deadening in my 240 with spray adhesive from one of the parts store chain and worked great. One of the types I used worked almost too quickly. That stuff is anchored in there!
langfordchuck
Yes, spray on adhesive is the best bet here. note it comes in different strengths, since the goal is just to stop it sliding some medium strength 3M or Elmers will do.
