Guest Anonymous Posted May 21, 2002 Share Posted May 21, 2002 I am going to say that you dont neccesarily need a site that tells you what to do--Even if there was one it probably does not cover your exact application.... I would say buy some 2-1/2 plastic piping and map out what you need as for air flow, then buy alunimum (or any other good insulator) piping in that length. With aluminum i am pretty shure that you could use a torch and bend it yourself to suit. You could fab brackets to hold it in place or have someone make them for you. hope it helps. I orderd a 3" mandrel bend 90 from stainless and will adapt the two to my (soon to be made) aluminum airbox for my triple Del'Lortos. Now making a sheet metal intake MANIFOLD is a bit more tricky... Guest Anonymous Posted May 22, 2002 Share Posted May 22, 2002 Ive seen sites that guyz have made there own intakes..you know like the ones the ricers use.. and they seem to me that they would work pritty well..would they? if so any one know a site or have any info on how to make one.. it looks pritty simple.. jsut a bent peace of crome alluminum (how ever you spell that =) and a cone K&N at the end..... ?????????????????????
