Head: N42 or E88

I've got a 2.4 and a 2.8 sitting here. Since I have both motors, I was wondering if I should keep the N42 head on the 2.8 which will be going into my 240, or if there's an advantage to taking the E88 head off the 2.4 and putting it on the 2.8? I'll be going carbed (SU's or downdraft Webers, possibly tripple Webers if I find an affordable set).
