David K Posted December 13, 2002 Share Posted December 13, 2002 I have found a way us early z guys can add a third brake light. Harbor Freight offers a brake light for $5. It comes complete ready to install, with wires about 4 feet long. it has 2 hot wires, and 1 ground. It stays FIRMLY attached to the glass with a very strong adhesive sticker. Mike kZ Posted December 13, 2002 Share Posted December 13, 2002 I did the same thing a while ago. I used the light from Ron Fransis Wiring that also uses tape to hold on the glass. But I found that when the car sits in the hot summer sun for a while the glue releases and the light falls off, hanging by the wire.
