mikedc528
Apparently the 327ci and 302ci Chevy engines have some fame behind them. Might be worth picking up for $200. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?p=1107278#post1107278
Administrators BRAAP Posted December 29, 2009 Administrators Share Posted December 29, 2009 If the block is not cracked and all rods still attached to the crank, looks like a great deal for a core 327. ,
Chaparral2f
I agree, I'd pick it up. The factory pulled up to 385 hp in a corvette with Rockchester fuel injection, which wasn't at all hi tech by todays standards.
letitsnow
There's nothing special about the 327 really, just a smaller version of a 350. But for $150 I'd grab it, just make sure you're not being lied to and it is really a 327 and not a 305. mortec.com has all the info you need to determine what it really is.
