lester Posted July 21, 2010 Author Share Posted July 21, 2010 idk why i keep putting rod.. i meant vent valve.. but it turns out somehow my head got a bolt in it that was sucked thru and got stuck between the valve and the outter wall of the cylinder head. We could of took it to a machine shop and got it repaired but we figured a rebuilt head would be the better option. I have already purchased a rebuilt head with a new cam for $340. so overall it wasent bad and could of been a lot worse if i woulda kept driving it or if the bolt would of went down in to the block.
