Guest Anonymous
In reading about the "exaust" problem z-cars seem to have, I was wondering if any one has tried an older style (80s) toyota supera wing to disrupt the swirling affect our cars produce? If this worked and it wasent ricer gaudy looking I would pay top dollar for one ,especialy if it were in carbon fiber.
johnc
Careful when you say "top dollar." We just fabbed and installed a "real" GTS-R carbon fiber wing on a Viper and it will cost the owner thousands. The front splitter and rear diffuser will triple his total outlay for aero. We can do the same for your Z if you want...
pparaska
Supposedly, even the short Z432 style spoiler (my favorite) or the BRE style one that some of the mainstream vendors have will create enough of a stationary vortex over the lower hatch area to help with the exhaust problem. I hope it does (I have a Z432 style one on my Z).
Guest Anonymous
JOHNC, I guess top dollar was the wrong term. I was comparing it to one of those allum afterthoughts you see on ricers. I believe they range around 3-400.00 zone. Thanks though.
