Anyhow if anyone knows what Im talking about how do I remove this stuff. Started with a hammer and chisel waayyyy too much work there. pparaska Posted April 18, 2002 Share Posted April 18, 2002 Dry Ice. 1) Spread a layer of chopped up dry ice on the floors for a half hour. 2) LIghtly beat on underside of floors with a rubber mallet. Heat it with a blow torch or a hot air gun and it just peels off whole. I heated it until it was hot to the touch but not burning hot. Guest KraZ4spd Posted June 23, 2002 Share Posted June 23, 2002 Dry ice worked beautifully for me. Layed the ice, Walked away for about 15 min. Came back and was done in about 5 min. Unbelievably easy. I can buy dry Ice at my local grocery store. It's not to expensive, but wear gloves. I also didn't have any clean up.
