Jarrett
Hey guys, just thought I'd share a couple of my weekend finds from the junkyards in the North Houston area this Saturday. Two Z31 turbos and both of them had complete engines and transmissions. The red on is in much better shape than the other one but they didn't allow photographs at that yard so I had to be discrete and take that picture where the hood was blocking me from the guy in the watchtower (seriously). That yard is a pull-your-part yard and it costs $1 to get in. A lot of the people that were in and out of there had buckets but since I didn't buy anything that day I don't know how reasonable their prices were or what the rate for a bucket was. It is located at 14909 Sellers Road in Houston but their sign out front say "Pull U Part" however lacking that is in intelligence. The black one is at Pull your Part at 7014 Furay Road. It's a little bit west of all the main junkyards but it's worth the drive. I found an HKS F-con in an FC3S RX-7 out there. Both yards will let you wander though the second one was with an escort. I wasn't interested in either of them but I just wanted to put it out there in case anyone in the area was interested. If you are not local and need something in particular from them I could make a point to go back but you're at the mercy of their pricing however cheap or expensive it is.
