Synlubes
Has anyone tryed or used anything other than the factory frt windsheid gasket? What I`m after is something that would be flat(like late model autos)in stead of having the lips for the trim! My old moldings are hard and I cut and sanded them down flat and they look great, but I need to replace my frt and the new moldings are to soft to do these mods again! Any Info??? pparaska
I've heard that the Precision Products aftermarket one is now better, and they have a version without the lips. But I also heard that they aren't very good fitting either. The new one from Nissan is about $75 with a discount. Not that bad really. It's a safe bet - it fits great. Synlubes
Pete, Do you have a web address, I did a search (google) and did not find them! Are they a Z site or just something general?
pparaska
Sorry I don't. Precision part of the name is right, not sure about the Products part. Arizona Z car, Tweeks, etc. sell this stuff - it's all the same manufacturer.
Guest Anonymous
Precision's web is www.prp.com They will send you a full line catalog and price list for the asking.
Guest JAMIE T
Hey Pete, I'm interested in the $75 Nissan one you mentioned. Who has it for that price? And, what qualifies someone to get a discount?
