Just go through some of the EDIS build threads and look at what others have done. Some run coil on plug, some run coil packs. Mounting can be to the block, the valve cover, shock tower or firewall. Most people are running OEM junkyard units, no real reason to run anything exotic/expensive. I've got a chrysler coil pack I'll sell you for $20 +shipping. I pulled it from a van that had been rear ended, so it should be fine. Alot of people use these for the flat back which allows for easy mounting. I figured I would use it but 1 fast Z's mounting bracket for individual coils is really tempting me right now...

Here's the chrysler unit, at has the same style plug as a spark plugs, which is another aspect that makes adaptation easy.

Thank you for your info and offer. I am looking to purchase a new coil pack system with a new Engine Management System. Any good advice?

You guys are great!!! Thanks to you I am learning the "Z" tricks to build a strong and fun machine. the information you are sharing with me is helping me a great deal. Money is a factor to me but slowly and surely I will be able to have a decent Z car, again thanks to Hybrid and to you.

Any knows where I can get a throttle body with sensor for a 1993 240sx? Also, where can I get a set of injectors 570cc 14mm that would have the same o ring to fit the stock intake on the 83zx turbo?
