tec280zx
I know this is plenty discussed in the archives, but I figured I'd throw in some pics as well. Needed new rear studs anyways, decided to get some that were longer. Used the Camaro ones, 87-02 I believe, part number 610-323 available at my local Kragens/O'Rielys. Anyways, pretty straight forward install, i'm happy. ^ 54mm vs the stock 41.5mm Edited March 22, 2011 by tec280zx
NewZed
Longer studs are tempting, considering how hard it is to start the nuts on my current wheels. What does the back look like, where the stud heads seat? It looks like the spline counts are different. Did you just pull them through anyway? tec280zx
The head of the stud seats perfectly flush, I can take a pic tomorrow. The spline counts are different, but from what I read here it should be fine as long as the knurl diam. is the same. Its been years since I've replaced the stock ones, but it is a little tighter with these. Better than being a little loose.
