  1. Simple enough request. Had my tank acid dipped/repainted, but it seems the fuel sending unit, which was hardly working beforehand, is not now. Also, got a leaky booster, which sucks because I just installed a Wilwood 1in. master cylinder. LMK what you guys have got, thanks!
  2. Wiring has been triple-checked, at this point it would only be the distributor or ignition control module that would be preventing spark. Coil and ballast resistor are brand new, but even the old coil showed 12volts
  3. As the title states, looking to purchase a good drking CA spec (California emissions) to replace the only on my car. She ran like a champ when I bought her back in '09, and I never had problems starting her until about 5 months ago, when a buddy took her in to replace the injector connectors and other minor things. The engine now turns, but produces no spark. The culprit would now have to be either the dizzy (which still spins, but I have no idea if everything inside is still doing its job) or the ignition control module, which if you guys have one to sell, I'd be willing to pick up as well. I live in the 818 San Fernando Valley, Northridge to be more precise. I'd prefer to do a local transaction, but do not hesitate to bit me with offers if you are further. Thanks
  4. Most definitely will be going back through everything. Weirdly enough, after searching online for hours, RockAuto sells an ignition coil with a ballast resistor that looks exactly like the one on the csr, so it's been ordered. I've checked voltage at plugs, coil leads, battery and all seems fine. There is no spark even at the ignition coil, and I've been attempting to properly test the ignition control module. Hope and pray its just the ballast resistor that is bad
  5. Ok, bought this car back in late '09, and it always started. Took it to my buddy who replaced the injector connectors and a few other minor things, and now the car refuses to spark. It'll turn over, but no spark, it at the dizzy, not at the coil, plugs, nada. Multimeter shows 12Volts at all the would-be trouble spots, so was thinking to replace the ballast/ignition coil resistor. Weird thing is, the one on this car looks nothing like the replacements I see online The resistor on this csr has 4 posts, whereas the ones I see online have only 2. I don't want to buy an ignition control module if it isn't even the problem and this could be solved. Help!
  6. Bad picture, but they fit. I just need to mess with either making new sliders or modding the stock ones to fit on these seats. They are out of a ZZW30, 3rd Gen Toyota MR2
  7. I'm the crazy-ass who chose to forego all the above-mentioned options, and collaborated with JDizzy204 to get some Japan-made seals from Kyusha Fan Site, in JP. I'll report back how fitment is once I pay Jamel and get everything over here.
  8. As the title states, I'm searching for an OEM or OEM-style fuel pump in new or at least good running condition, as well as a new or good condition fuel pressure regulator. I bought my '76 in running condition, but as my buddy ZDude123 has discovered, many shortcuts were taken and vital maintenance overlooked or neglected completely. I am located in the Northridge/San Fernando Valley area, and would prefer something in the immediate or at least Greater Los Angeles area, but am not averse to driving a bit or dealing.with.shipping to get a great.deal.
  9. I'll post and identify the seats once I fully confirm they are suitable. They are out of a late '90s-early '00s Japanese car, so they wouldn't be very hard to source
  10. I'm also doing black-ish bumpers, even though the car is white right now and will be painted a much darker hue down the road. I'm actually looking to plate my bumpers, but I've got to look into getting them stripped/filled/straightened first
  11. I've potentially found a set of OEM seats that may work well, as the measurements are great in all the right places, and the price is ever so right. My problem is now getting them to LA, when they're located in Vegas lol
